We may also notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content and provide them with an opportunity to respond.

You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that material or activity infringes on your copyright. 

Please note that we may share your DMCA notice, including your contact information, with the user who posted the allegedly infringing content or with third parties involved in the process of addressing the infringement claim.

We encourage all users and visitors to respect intellectual property rights and to report any suspected infringements promptly. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate our terms of service.
